Rules Regarding Pets

• No animals, livestock, or poultry, of any kind shall be kept or maintained on the Property or in any Unit, except that small common household pets and licensed assistance animals may be kept or maintained in each Unit, provided they are not kept or maintained for commercial purposes and provided that they are not individually known to be, nor of a breed that is commonly known to be, potentially savage or dangerous. 
• No Owner may have more than two (2) small common household pets at any one time (excluding fish). 
• No pet shall be permitted upon the Common Elements unless carried or leashed by a Person that can control the pet. 
• All pets shall be controlled so as not to create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance (including loud and excessive barking) on Property.
